Why us
Everything you need for a smooth broadband rollout, delivered with expert support from planning through to installation.
Our dedicated business support team offers 24-hour SLAs.
99% reliable full fibre - the UK’s most reliable broadband tech.
Our dedicated install team takes care of you from start to finish.
Choose from 12-month, 24-month, 36-month or monthly rolling plans.
There are several ways to ensure all your colleagues enjoy a strong and stable internet connection around the office. These include: optimal placement of the router, Wi-Fi extenders of Mesh systems (to cover a larger area with a wireless signal), or wired ethernet cables to every desk (the ideal solution for best results).
When switching to our business broadband, we’ll provide your business with one of our Hyperhub routers, your landline will connect through this via VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol), and you’ll have the option to keep your existing phone number through our porting service.
Your Hyperoptic full fibre broadband service can be activated right away once your installation is complete and your router is connected.
If you have a Hyperoptic socket but no router, we’ll send you one within 48 hours. So long as you connect it within 24 hours after it arrives, your service should go live right away (or on your requested activation date/move in date).
Our network is full fibre, which means we bring our fibre cabling all the way to your building. And that means your business can enjoy some of the fastest, most reliable broadband in the UK.
Whether you’re a large corporation, a busy SME, a retail space or local coffee shop, our range of business packages can support you, your team and your customers with connectivity that works as hard as you do.
We’re in your corner with gigabit-capable, future-proof broadband and ultra-reliable service as standard. Ready when you are.
Our business broadband is a type of internet connection designed specifically for the needs of businesses, rather than residential customers.
Offering an enhanced range of speeds and plans, our full fibre business broadband packages are ultra-reliable and come with a selection of features and benefits specifically suited to the needs of businesses.
Key differences include:
- Higher Speeds & Bandwidth – Business broadband is optimized for bandwidth-heavy activities and multiple users.
- Minimum Commitment Options – More flexible contract terms tailored to business needs.
- Dedicated Features & Support – Includes service level agreements (SLAs) for guaranteed uptime, priority customer support, and additional business-focused benefits.
- Leased Line Option – For businesses needing a dedicated, ultra-reliable connection, we offer leased lines with symmetrical speeds up to 10Gbps and ultra-low latency.
These features make business broadband the ideal choice for companies that require a stable and high-performance internet connection.
We offer three standard speeds for business customers – 250Mb, 500Mb and 1Gb – and a choice of plan lengths, ranging from monthly rolling, 12 months, 24 months and 36 months.
All our plans come with symmetrical upload and download speeds, 1x static IP as standard (with the option to buy more), 24-hour SLAs with dedicated business support, and the option to add Phone service.
For businesses looking for an enhanced broadband experience, we also offer a leased line option. This gives businesses a dedicated internet line and bandwidth not shared with anyone else, with offers symmetrical speeds of up to 10Gbps with ultra-low latency.
f you’re a single user or residential household, we wouldn’t recommend purchasing a business broadband package since you may not require all the additional features that a business package comes with, and it wouldn’t be the best value for money.
Hyperoptic’s residential packages offer speeds designed to support homeworkers and can be more affordable for home use.
The package you choose will depend on how big your business is and how many people will be using your broadband connection at the same time. The bigger your business, the more likely you are to need more speed.
Likewise, depending on how long your business plans to stay at your current premises (for example, your office or shop location), you should choose a plan with a commitment period that makes sense for you.
A 36-month minimum commitment would be better value if you’re planning on staying put long-term, for example, but a monthly rolling plan would be better if you need to keep things flexible.
For small businesses, we’d recommend our 250Mb or 500Mb packages. You can also choose to sign up for 36 months, 24 months, 12 months or roll monthly – whatever best suits your business needs.
If you need any help picking the right package for you, simply get in touch with us and we’ll chat through all your options.
For medium-sized businesses, we’d recommend our 500Mb or 1Gb packages
You can also choose to sign up for 36 months, 24 months, 12 months or roll monthly – whatever best suits your business needs.
If you need any help picking the right package for you, simply get in touch with us and we’ll chat through all your options.
For larger organisations, we’d recommend our 1Gb or leased line packages.
You can also choose to sign up for 36 months, 24 months, 12 months or roll monthly – whatever best suits your business needs.
If you need any help picking the right package for you, simply get in touch with us and we’ll chat through all your options.
Typically, the best internet for business is one that can offer the level of speed and reliability you need to thrive. Compared with traditional broadband and part-fibre services, full fibre offers enhanced speed and reliability. You may also wish to opt for a leased line, which provides dedicated fibre for an uninterrupted connected that you don’t share with anyone else.
