When and where is the Super Bowl  2021  taking  place?

Super Bowl 55 (LV) will take place on Sunday 7th February in Tampa, Florida, at Raymond James Stadium. This will be the third time a Super Bowl has taken place at the stadium.

The Weeknd will be headlining the 2021 Super Bowl halftime show with more stars to be announced. The Canadian singer has some big shoes to fill after the much-talked-about performance from Shakira and J-Lo in 2020. 

However, this year there have been discussions around the Super Bowl halftime show taking place in a ‘bubble’ to comply with COVID-19 safety measures. This means The Weeknd and dozens of musicians, dancers, and crew may be performing in another facility near to the stadium. 

Who won the Super Bowl in 2020?

The Kansas City Chiefs also made an appearance in 2020, beating the San Francisco 49ers with the final score being 31 – 20. This was the second time the Chiefs have ever won the Super Bowl, the first time being in 1970 against the Minnesota Vikings.
