You can manage every step of your activation through My Account — no need to call. From booking or rescheduling your engineer visit to signing your wayleave agreement, it’s all just a few clicks away.
If you’re ready to activate your broadband, you’ll also find clear prompts guiding you through the process. My Account keeps you informed at every stage so you know exactly what’s happening and what to do next.
If you’re new to Hyperoptic, welcome! As a little thank you for joining, every new customer who logs in to My Account for the first time is automatically entered into our monthly prize draw.

You can check your connection in My Account using our live service status monitor, which will show as either green, orange or red. For an explanation of your service status, just hover over the service status button in the top right corner.
In the unlikely event that your connection is disrupted, or if there’s any planned maintenance work coming up, you’ll be able to see when we expect it to be resolved here too.
In My Account, you can see a full overview of your plan, including the start and end of your minimum commitment period. You’ll also find your entire billing history, any current outstanding balance, and your payment method.
Need to make a change? You can easily update your payment date or switch to a different method. If your account has been suspended, you’ll find information explaining why – and how to get things back on track quickly.
My Account lets you stay in full control of your details. You can update your personal information, such as your name, email or phone number, whenever it changes.
You can also set how you’d like to hear from us – whether that’s by email, SMS or post – and even nominate someone to act on your behalf, if needed.
You can invite friends to join and track your referral rewards in the Referrals section of My Account.
Here, you’ll see which invites you’ve sent, what stage your referrals are at, and how much you’ve earned. Everything updates in real time, so you’ll always know when your next reward is on the way.
