Connecting your phone

If you’ve got a Broadband & Phone package, getting your phone connected is easy.

The phone port will be active, which means all you need to do is plug your handset in using an RJ11 phone cable (these come with most handsets).

Almost all handsets work with our service – they just need an RJ11 port and plug.

Can I keep the phone number from my current provider?

Yes – it’s called “porting”.

You just need to remember that when transferring your number from one provider to another, both accounts need to be active.
So don’t cancel your old account until the porting’s complete.

What calling features are available?

Our phone service comes with caller display, call waiting and call barring options as standard.

And we also offer some fantastic line rental add-ons, if they take your fancy.
