Changing providers with One Touch Switch?

One Touch Switch is a way of switching broadband providers at your current address. To make it easier for you, with One Touch Switch you simply need to give your new provider a few details and they’ll take care of the switch on your behalf. This includes cancelling with your existing provider and making sure your new service is fully up and running before your existing service ends.

How to log into My Account

  • Simply click here and enter your email address and password

  • Forgotten your password? You can reset it here

  • If you haven’t set up your My Account yet, please check your emails for an invite or get in touch with us for a new one

Where to find your Hyperoptic Account Number

  • Log into My Account and head to the ‘Profile’ tab

  • You’ll find your Account Number under the ‘Account details’ section on the right-hand side

  • You can also find your Account Number on your Hyperoptic bills, which are available to view in the ‘Payments’ tab on My Account

Where to find the surname associated with your Hyperoptic account

  • Log into My Account and head to the ‘Profile’ tab

  • You’ll find your surname (‘Last name’) under the ‘Contact details’ section on the left-hand side

  • You can also find the name associated with your Hyperoptic account on your Hyperoptic bills, which are available to view in the ‘Payments’ tab on My Account

Where to find your installation address

  • Log into My Account and head to the ‘Profile’ tab

  • You’ll find your installation address under the ‘Account details’ section on the right-hand side

Where to find your Hyperoptic phone number (if you have one)

  • Please note, you’ll only have a Hyperoptic phone number if you have a Broadband & Phone package with us

  • Log into My Account and head to the ‘Dashboard’ tab

  • If you have a Hyperoptic phone number, you’ll find this under the ‘My profile’ section on the left-hand side of the ‘Dashboard’ tab

Information about leaving us

If you’ve already started the One Touch Switch process with another provider, you should have received an email from us (“Thinking of transferring your service from Hyperoptic?”), explaining the impact of switching away. Please be sure to check your junk/spam folders.

Changed your mind?

Even if you’ve started the process with One Touch Switch, you can still change your mind and stay with Hyperoptic. Simply let your new provider know that you’d like to cancel the switch.

And if the switch is already in progress, don’t worry! Just get in touch with us once it’s done and we’ll switch you back to the hyper side.
