Before you switch

Before placing your order, check:

• Whether Hyperoptic is available at your address
• The end date of your current contract
• Any early termination charges that may apply with your current provider

Place your order

Choose your preferred package and complete your order online.

You’ll receive confirmation of your order and information about the next steps.

One Touch Switch

If you’re eligible, you may be able to switch providers using the One Touch Switch process.

This allows your new provider to coordinate the transfer of your broadband service.

Prepare for installation

Depending on your property, you may need an installation appointment before your service can be activated.

Avoid service disruption

Keep your existing service active until your Hyperoptic connection is installed and working.
